Sign Up – Join before October 1.
Receive Prompts – Get short daily reflections Tue–Sat, plus a deeper weekly theme every Monday and a recap each Sunday.
Reflect & Record – Use your own journal or notebook to track your reflections.

This journey begins October 1 and continues through Thanksgiving weekend.
For 8 weeks, we’ll walk through gratitude together—exploring the everyday, reflecting on the past, noticing the present, and even looking with hope toward the future. By the time we reach the season of thanks, you’ll carry with you a deeper, lasting practice of gratitude.
